Terms and Conditions

We have 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen Beds and 1 with a Single Bed. Our rates are based on couples sharing a Queen Bed.

If you require separate bedrooms, when booking you must select the number of people to suit your sleeping arrangements, as the other bedrooms will be locked.

* Booking for 2 people provides access to 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed.

* Booking for 3 people provides access to 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed & 1 Bedroom with Single Bed

* Booking for 4 people provides access to 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds.

* Booking for 5 people provides access to all 3 Bedrooms.

If there are more than 3 people staying for 2 or more nights, you will have access to 2 Bathrooms.

For single night stays you may be restricted to 1 Bathroom.
